Once you've embarked on this wondrous journey and booked a Quick Shift Session there are some steps in our alchemy, tailored for you: 

1. The energy of transformation begins to stir even before our meeting! 

2.You can prepare as little or as much as you desire, whether it's sending me a floor plan and setting a clear agenda, or simply showing up and allowing the magic to unfold. However you choose, it shall be perfect. 

3. During our sacred video session, we shall explore the area of your home that calls for transformation. I fancy this as “introducing me to your home” as it’s as much a part of the journey as you are.

 4.We shall delve into your dreams, goals, visions, and challenges, igniting a Portal of Shift. 

5.Together, we shall craft a plan for change, or you may even find yourself implementing shifts right then and there, as instant feedback weaves its spell. 

6. For your own focus, for I shall take notes during our journey, capturing the essence of our session upon a single page worksheet. It shall be a precious treasure, guiding your intentions, insights, and actions. There's even a special section dedicated to affirming your focused desires, which you may remove and use in your very own Fizome. Of course, feel free to take notes too, for this is our collaborative dance of transformation. 

7. For two weeks following our session, as you craft home and energy, I shall be available via messages as, a beacon of support and guidance. Share your progress and revelations, and I shall offer feedback, nurturing your growth. 

8. And if you wish to celebrate and share your journey in a show and tell, a 15-minute video follow-up shall be arranged within those magical weeks.
